Registration Information

All chapters are allowed to send up to six (6) delegates to the NLC. For additional slots please contact the conference chair. Each registration package includes the following:

• Access to all activities, events, meetings, and workshops
• Registration packet including bag, curriculum binder, name badge, conference shirt, and other goodies
• Ticket to Networking Dinner
• Ticket to Salute to Mentors Luncheon
• Ticket to Pipeline Luncheon
• Ticket to Stockyard Welcome Reception
• Ticket to Closing and Awards Banquet
• Tickets (2) to Power Breakfast

Professionals and Sponsors registering for an events only package do not receive lodging at the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly to reserve rooms.

Registration Packages with Lodging

Two professionals or four students (same gender) will share each room. Do not call hotel, MAES will handle rooming arrangements.

• Professional (4 nights) $350 / $450
• Professional (3 nights) $250 / $350
• Student (4 nights) $100 / $150
• Student (3 nights) $75 / $125

Registration Packages without Lodging

• Professional (events only) $200
• Spouse (events only) $200
• Sponsors (events only) $200
• Students (events only) $50

Please make note of the following:

• Sponsors receive a specific quantity of complementary registrations based on sponsorship level
• Sponsors needing additional registrations must pay full price
