Team Projects Competition

The creativity, professionalism, communication, and teamwork of students is tested as they work together to develop, communicate, convince a panel of judges to select their solutions to real problems through a written proposal and accompanying oral presentation.

Professional Training Series

A series of short courses will serve as a forum for training and development of technical professionals into future managers and executives.

Ice Breaker & Team Building Activities

Fun hands-on activities challenge the creative and communication skills of participants and break the ice between attendees with the purpose of building instant relationships and the feeling of familia.

Closing and Awards Banquet

The highlight of the NLC, student and professional members, industry supporters, and representatives of academia join together to celebrate three days of leadership discovery and achievement including the announcement of the Team Projects Competition scholarships.

Salute to Mentors Luncheon

Students and professionals are encouraged to seek out and embrace mentoring relationships as a positive force for personal and professional development.

Networking Dinner

Students and professionals enjoy an informal evening together as they grow their network of contacts to encompass peers and professionals from across the country.
